Earn a $75 reward* for completing a prenatal exam, in the first trimester or 42 days from enrollment.

Pregnant members who attend a participating Community Baby Shower and fill out an attendance form can get a Pack ' n Play.

Healthy Rewards Program

Earn an OTC Network reward for doing a Well-Child visit (ages 3-17) or completing a Health Risk Assessment.

Nutrition Support for Pregnancy

Pregnant members identified as high risk and in care coordination get food support. Food support is for the last trimester and the first month postpartum. The member receives a $145 credit per month to use from a designated website (only healthy food items are available for purchase).

Wellness and Youth Activities

You can get $50 towards a membership or activity at participating organizations, such as many YMCAs, Boys & Girls Clubs, Boy and Girl Scouts, and Parks and Recreation Centers.

School Supplies

Members who are in foster care can get a school supply box per year. Members can ask their foster care agency.

    Pregnant members who complete their first prenatal exam within the first trimester (first 42 days of plan enrollment) and have their provider submit an OBRAF Form can earn a $75 Debit Card to buy health or baby items like diapers and wipes.

    Members can enroll in the Babyscripts program to access an app with nutrition, exercise, newborn care, pregnancy stages, and more information. Up to $75 in rewards can be earned on a Walmart Healthy Living e-Gift Card to complete program enrollment and attend specified appointments.

    Members identified as having a high-risk pregnancy and who are engaged in care coordination will receive food support in the last trimester and the first month postpartum. Members receive a $145 monthly credit to use from a designated website (only healthy food items are available for purchase).

    Members with a Care Coordinator can earn funds to buy items that support care. Some members may be invited to earn rewards for certain preventative health services. Once a member completes an activity, a card will be mailed, or a reward will be added to an existing card.

    Healthy activity for youth and adults or fitness kit: All members can access a $50 activity at participating organizations, like some YMCAs, Boy Scouts, Boys & Girls Clubs, and Parks and Rec locations. You can also get a fitness kit or a sports ball for healthy activities at home.

    Wellness calendar: Members enrolled in care management, whole person care, pregnant, or behavioral health programs will be mailed a calendar at the beginning of each year to track their doctor appointments, medications, and social events. If they haven't received it, they can contact their care coordinator.

    NEW FOR 2025! Medication lockbox: Members enrolled in care coordination, whole-person care, pregnancy, or certain behavioral health programs can request a medication lockbox to help reduce intentional or accidental overdose or misuse. One lockbox per household. Members can work with the Care Coordinator.

    NEW FOR 2025! Walmart+ Membership: Adult members with chronic conditions or mobility issues, who are enrolled in care management or whole-person care, who are pregnant, or who are in behavioral health programs can get a Walmart+ membership through OnePass™. Membership includes same-day grocery delivery (within a 12-mile radius of a Walmart), shipping with no minimum, a video streaming Paramount+ subscription, and fuel savings at selected gas stations.     Members (age 19 and over) who live in Wyandotte, Johnson, Sedgwick, and Shawnee counties can get up to $25 annually in bus passes.
